"The fan fit my requirements exactly for my 1993 Ford Ranger w/ 4.0L engine. I have two points for anyone that may consider installing unit unit their self: 1) You will need to remove the air intake, existing fan&clutch, and radiator before installing fan to radiator and reinstall it later; 2) You will need to find an ignition controlled 12V source connection or the fan will continue to run after you shut the engine off - it will go off after the engine cools and the thermostat reaches the cut-off tempeture, but I prefer it to go off when the ignition is turned off."
