Pros: great compact size Cons: none
"I installed on my 1978 KZ 1000 Z-1R in front of the engine. the 5.5" X 11" with 24 fins and works great. I used braided stainless Earl's fuel hose with 6 AN fittings to connect to the cooler. I higly recommend this for the old motorcycles which have no oil cooler."

Pros: Great design! Cons: Npt fittings for installation no where to find
"Excellent design and performance but the 1/2" fittings required for the installation are impossible to find.Even Jc Whitney who sells the cooler does not have it!!! Incredible!! I had to take 2 fittings to a local machine shop to shape them for the cooler."

Pros: solid construction, excellent airlflow & cooling efficiency Cons: no choice of inlet/oulte fitting size. They don't make them in bigger or different shapes.
"I originally bought one of these 8 years ago while restoring a very hot running italian V8 sportscar. I place the cooler in an accessible area away from the engine, next to a remote oil filter housing. The engine temps immediately dropped 15 degrees during normal driving and more than 30 degrees while driving the car hard. Even better yet was engine cool-down taking only a minute or so. I could run a gentle garden hose spray over the oil cooler while the engine idled. The temp guage would quickly drop to normal, greatly reducing the chance of oil burning when it was shut off. Oil changes took about 5 minutes and could be done standing up. I have since purchased two more for my other vehicles to help them live much longer. The build quality of these cooler equals that of the the $2-300 units they sell in boutique performance shops."

"I have read the description of the products construction and wonder if it will make a significant difference in oil temp, especially in a vehicle in which never came factory-turbocharged and is currently on 18 to 25 psi of boost pressure with oil temp as high as 205 in the day time in Miami. I will find out soon and rate this product again as i am going to save my left over paycheck-pennies and purchase it soon if i cant locate a suitable sponsor...... The proof shall definitely be in the PUDDING! Sincerely, MADDKANIC!"
