Pros: easy install and look great
"I installed these in about 5 minutes on my Eglide. I used some PAM spray to lube them up and they slid right on no trouble. Look good ,feel good no complaints"

Cover under leather!
Pros: Clever product idea -- an inexpensive LUXURY!! Cons: Absolutely NONE!
"I mounted a set of these jewels on my Honda Spirit VT1100 . . . in all of five minutes! How? I simply followed the directions. These clutch and brake lever covers are constructed of a high-density foam rubber, firm for positive control while using the levers but soft enough to grace your fingers with comfort. In addition to providing comfort in general, they provide a measure of insulation from sun-baked heat to frosty-morning cold (here in the South I wear gloves without fingertips almost year-round). Now, about installation. The instructions read: "Apply a small amount of lubricant to the lever and the inside of the cover." DO IT! If you don't, the foam cover will indeed split when you try to force it. I used spray vegetable oil and it worked like a charm. After sliding the cover on, work it back and forth on the lever while soaking up the excess lubricant with a paper or cloth towel until the cover becomes snug. This is important because you don't want it rolling or sliding during clutch or braking operations. FINALLY, here's the bonus info. If you're a cruiser guy like me - and you've tricked out your bike with every conceiveable piece of chrome and aftermarket hardware - these lever covers are IDEAL for use under leather-tassled lever covers. You can really cinch your leather lever cover down tight for a beautiful, no-slack, fit. Many add-ons are for show; here's one that's strictly for you and your comfort on the long ride!"

"I'm a rider over 50, so I'm looking for products that make my life easier. I've been using the grips for about three years and several thousand miles and just wore out the one on the clutch lever. I found them fairly easy to install and they help keep my hands from getting sore."
