"Excellent choice for turbo applications where oil pressure can rise quickly.
I'm using this on a modified 300ZX Twin Turbo and have no worries because of the performance and quality of the filter. The higher flow rate helps protect the engine and turbos from the quick heat build up in the summer months.
A Nissan Master Mechanic told me that he was surprised that my turbos were in very good condition. He also believes the filter is a good choice for high performance cars."

"This is a great product all around. It flows great for max engin output, it is inexpensive, easy to instal, andit looks neat. It is the only filter i use on my 94 chevy s10 pickup. Jc Whitney does a great job of matching up any parts with my vehicle! I come to them for all my truck's needs and wants all the time."

"K&N HP-performance gold oil filter is a very well made product. The filter metal is sturdy and thick (greater than other, less expensive oil filter brands which are made like soda pop cans). Internal thread of this filter is strong providing for smooth, easy installation. It's compact design also makes installation easy. What a great idea to include the sturdy 1-inch hex drive welded into the end of the K&N filter housing for easy wrench removal later. This filter provides low pressure drop for oil flows of 12-16 GPM, and provides excellent micron filtering of 10-20 microns for an overall efficiency of 90%."
