9007 HALOGEN HEADLAMP BULBS Brighter light than standard bulbs Quality made to industry standards For uniform brightness and optimum performance, we recommend replacing your bulbs in pairs For off-road use only except (A) which meet DOT requirements. Bulb Care: Do not handle the glass part of a halogen bulb. The oil from your hands or any other residue on the glass can cause the bulb to burn out prematurely. If you accidentally touch the glass, clean it immediately with isopropyl alcohol and a lint-free cloth. Watts indicated for High Beam/Low Beam.

Pros: Good white color -- not excessively blue Cons: Don't focus correctly so they aren't really brighter
"JC Whitney puts the reviews of several different 9007 bulbs together so it can be hard to tell which reviews are about which versions. This review is specifically about the "100/80-Watt 9007 Xenon Halogen Headlamp Bulb - Set of 3" version of the company's 9007 bulbs. . The bulbs are as easy or as hard to install as any other 9007 healight bulb. The instructions are OK for generic instructions that most people won't need. . The bulbs give off a nice blue-white light very close to daylight color temperature -- good if that's what you want (I do) but not blue enough for the people who want blue headlights. . The one problem is that the filament is not positioned exactly where it should be so the bulbs do not focus correctly in the headlight assembly. Especially the high beam is out of focus. It gives a broad SOFT light which is NOT visibly "brighter" than the OEM headlights it replaced. . I've kept them installed because the low beam is AS BRIGHT as my original headlights and I do like the whiter color."
