"These spinners look great on my black AR-767's. Spinners themselves are heavy, good quality. The bases, however are cheap feeling and thin. I think they will probably rust before too long. Fortunately, you mostly are looking at the spinners. We'll see!"

"I put these on my 1987 El Camino with aluminum Universal race wheels. There's a disclaimer about the legality of these spinners. I can only assume it has to do with the spinner coming off. To overcome that, I mounted the base through the wheel first. I used lock-tight on the threads going into the spinner then screwed it on snug. Then I used double nuts on the inside, tight to each other. Then I mounted the wheels. The spinner being just snug gave me a couple of inches of
movement to get to all the lug nuts. Then I put in 3 set screws on each spinner. I had to buy the extra nuts and set screws, but that still
made the cost of these center caps an excellent bargain. It's a little
extra work mounting them this way, but I feel more secure and they look great. They really do have an exceptional high shine chrome finish.
