Pros: solid, attachments sites welded on
Cons: probably gonna start rusting pretty soon

"This is easy to install if you have an air wrench to get the tow hooks off. Jeep puts them on and torques them down really good. The paint job is such that it won't keep the rust off. I doubt that they use a rust resistant paint. Otherwise it's nice."
