"The most difficult aspect of installing this product is getting it out of the box. Once you do that...you're about five minutes away from full installation. No kidding.

I have a 2004 Avalanche. Not only do the deflectors do their job, but they make my baby (Big Blanche...The Avalanche :) look amazing! I'm a VERY pleased with this product.

The material that the deflectors are made of has a nice weight and feel to it and the color is just right. You might need a razor or a long finger nail to get the peeling off of the corners of the tape (tricky lil move, that one). Even so, that tape means business and, once it's on...it's not coming off.

My only real concern about using a peel and stick product was that weather might affect the bond. However, we've had heat, rain and, now, cold since I installed my defelectors and the bond still feels as sturdy as it did on Day One. This makes me a very happy camper!"

Pros: Sturdy, easy install, look good, good fit
Cons: Some molding edges were sharp

"I own a 1994 GMC Suburban black. This product not only looks great but is VERY easy to install, once you trial fit them all you do is peel the tape and stick. If you are concerned about them coming off don't be ( if you clean the vehicles suface properly). I've had a set on my Chevy 4X4 for almost 10 years and have no problem with them, car washes, storms, mud riding, etc. Through it all they have not come loose. I would definitely recommend this product."

Pros: Quality and Appearance enhances my vehicle
Cons: tape just doesn't want to hold in critical areas.

"In following the preparation procedures, I find this product very easy to install and it definitely enhances the appearance of my vehicle. Unfortunately, the adhesive tape isn't holding in the critical areas and now have leakage when it rains. I have put some caulk in the crease until I hear back from Lund."

"The window visor set (4) from Lund was about the easiest thing I have ever installed on my vehicle.

I installed these on my 2003 Chevy Tahoe (Z71) and there is no way I could mess up the install despite the use of the acrylic adhesive tape.

Lund took out all the guess work for me by providing a custom fit to my Tahoe. It was a breeze to line up the visors and install. No problems with the windows brushing against the visors (like the in-channel ones). With the acrylic adhesive tape, these visors are there to stay.

I would highly recommend these to anyone as the visors along with the interceptor II hood shied really make my black tahoe stand out.

Also thanks to JC Whitney, once again I ordered the interceptor II and the window visors and both were at my door and on the Tahoe within 3 days!!!"

"I highly recommend this product - the price here on JCW was the best, and the product is as stated. Easy to install and looks great. Product works as stated as well. It definatly took longer to open the package than to put them on the vehicle. Follow instructions and pre-fit before applying. Would buy product again."

"Ordered a set of 4 for my new F250 Crew Super Duty. WOW! These are the greatest! I give it a very high recommend. Very easy to install and was impressed on the design how they attached to the window frame (black rubber/plastic trim) instead of the painted door frame. Now thats planning! Never have to worry about harming the finish in case they ever have to be removed. Installed in about 20 minutes - after heating the garage in sub-zero weather! Always impressed with every LUND product I've owned!"

Fits very well and looks really nice. Sticks very good and doesn't come loose or fall off like a lot of other window visors do. Would of liked a template for precise installation. Shipping was a little slow."

"This is a great product. I got mine when i bought my s10. Just take it out of the box and put it on. Now i can crack my windows while its raining and have a cool breeze draft in, and if there is a important paper on your dash, or garbage the wind wont blow it around or blow it out the window."

"Installed on a 2006 GMC Sierra 1500 EXT Cab. First set was defective (due to no fault of JCW). JCW sent me a prepaid return postage label, I returned and they sent a new set. None the less, they do what they are supposed to do, vents the truck and keeps the rain out, but they also give the truck a whole new attitude. I also put a LUND INTERCEPTOR II HOOD SHIELD on the truck at the same time. They make the truck look so much better together. I only suggest that you double and triple check the fit before actually taping them on, and take your time. I checked around before purchasing, and the best deal was through JCW. The window set and the service by JCW was the best I've seen in a long time. When JCW says 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, THEY MEAN IT!!"
