You can see the angle the pully is at.
Pros: Was able to put a 4bbl carb on my Jeep Cons: Had to fabricate a bracket for the power steering pump
"The manifold is a good quality casting, and it bolted straight up to the head with no problems. However, although the bolt holes for the power steering pump lined up, the manifold is wider than stock and pushed the pump bracket over about a quarter inch. It ran well until I revved up the engine-then the crooked pulley threw the belt off.
I solved this problem by taking a 1.5 inch x 3/16 thick steel bar stock and drilling three holes in it. This serves as a bracket between the intake and the pump, although I had to add washers under the bolts on the pump to keep it straight.
Everything appears to be working fine now."

offy -chevy inline 6,April 17, 2008

Pros: Better breathing for your engine. Better carburetor selections. Really shows the torque of an inline 6.
"Intake needs to be matched with Hedman Hedders part number 69310. The gas mileage does not change with the retrofit intake, but the performance is remarkable. It bolted together with the hedders with little modification, and uses the stock 6 cylinder Chevy pick up Accelerator cable, so you don't have to use the supplied linkage and bell crank. Awesome kit when used with a 600CFM Holley Square Bore Carburetor. The engine started right up and idled smoother than ever. I'm building a 1973 Chevy Nova now with the same parts, I put on my 1979 Chevy Pick-up. One is an inline 290 CID and the other is a 250 CID engine."
