Pleasently Surprised, May 24, 2009

Pros: Actually gives what is claimed
Cons: Instructions are a bit lacking

"Ordered this along with a K&N filter for my 2008 Suzuki Grand Vitara 2WD. Prior to the install I was getting 22-23mpg, not bad for a vehicle of it's size especially with a V6 without variable valve timing. After the install I immediately started getting better mileage it leveled off in the 25-26mpg range within 2 weeks. Once I started using the A/C it backed of to 24-25mpg. Very pleasantly surprised, seems like the bigger the engine (and hence the larger the moving air mass) the better this product works. BUY IT!"

Pros: um...
Cons: it doesnt fit!!!

"ok i got this poduct for my 2004 jeep lerado 4.7l V-8 and the guy who i placed the order with failed to tell me that this was not going to work with my jeep so not i am very unhappy but i now have to send it back when i leave on deployment in 2 weeks and dont have time. this might have worked for others but not in this case."

Pros: deliverd in 4 days & easy to install

"I installed the tornado and a fuel optimizer at the same time in about 30 minutes on my 2002 Chrysler Voyager and now I am doing 60 miles an hour at the same distance that I use to only be doing 40 miles an hour. I also gained just under 4 miles per gallon. Great products."

"It took less than 2 minutes to install. I have a 19 gallon tank in my jeep wrangler so that worked out to a extra 38 miles per tank of gas. Most of my driving is highway miles vice city miles."

Pros: +10 MPG, +8 HP, you'll have a harder time starting your car then you will installing this

"I installed one of these on my '99 Merc. Tracer(Ford Escort). I was getting between 30-35 MPG, after I installed the tornado I was able to get 38 MPG City and 45 MPG Hgwy. Only issue I had was that the product listed for my vehicle was the wrong size. But after I got the right size it was easy, all I needed was a Hex Driver"

Cons: it didn't increase my fuel mileage

"This product was a cupcake to install on my 2004 Chevy Colorado. My fuel mileage used to range from 17-22 MPG. With this product installed for the last 5 tanks of gas it has consistently ranged from 21-22 MPG; some might call that an increase. I should note that I have not taken a fuel mileage reading while towing or while using 4 wheel drive."

"I got one of these for my 2000 F-150, and it added 2 mpg, that was great. Then I traded my truck, and later got an 06 Ram. I got one of these for the ram, and it done nothing for it."

"1998 Chevrolet K-1500 Z71 5.7 liter. Very easy to install, took about 5 min. Mileage went from around 14.5 mpg to around 19.5. Works in town and on the highway. I'm going to get one for my 93 Ranger. Would deffintly recomend this product."

Pros: The first thing you will notice is the great improvement in horse power. I've used this in 3 other vehicles .

"I've used this in 3 other vehicles and have had great improvments in horse power and a 1 to 2 mile per gal. increase on average. I'm currently using it in my 2006 toyota tacoma 4x4 double cab, with the same results. Well worth the price with todays gas prices."

"I own a 89 ford ranger. when i was buying this i didnt think that it would do anything but i tought why not try and it worked, not only did it give it more power but it gave me 5 more mile. So if you are looking at this you should buy it. IT WORKS"

Good product... But hard to install, June 23, 2006

"I First decided to buy this product when gas hit 2.50 a gallon. $60 dollars isn't too bad for the gas it has saved me. I was getting 25 mpg in my '89 240sx, but after I put this in I was able to figure i got an extra 3 mpg, and I can feel the extra torque when I floor it.
BUT... Putting the darned thing in was alot more difficult then what I was lead to believe. You have to squeeze the thing, then try to slide it into your intake tube. What I did was I took then entire intake tube out, then submerged it in hot water to soften it up. That helped out a little.
Was it worth it? Yeah I think so."
