"i put the lift on in about 1 hour 15 minutes with my bro's help ,but all in all went on smoothly. I would recommend this to any jeep owner."

Pros: made from top material very strong and will hold up for a long time.
Cons: Bad instructions from manufacture, Didn't include everything needed for unexpected modifacations

"Great product for the price, the instructions could be better.Didn't come with bumper brackets contacted manufacturer and they told me they don't sell brackets for 91 f-150 because the bumper rolls under the frame horns. So I had to fabricate frame and make brackets to raise bumper. Had to cut fan shroud to compensate for the lift, And re-bend the 4 wheel drive shifter as it was binding on the trans hump in order to install the factory boot. Install took a little longer then expected. but well worth it."

"All in all a good product. Wish it had the bumper brackets with it though. It comes with shift linkage extender, but you have to take it to a welder. The directions could of used some pics, and had to spend some extra time figuring out which bolts went where seeing as how there is 4 different sized ones and it doesn't tell you which ones go where. But i definitely LOVE the finished product!!! Truck looks great!!!"

"The instructions on this kit were vague at best and off subject at worst. The kit included all the necessary parts and the finished product was as advertised. The installation instructions were not very helpful, in fact they were for installation on a truck and not a Suburban. Overall a quality application as long as you are able to do the lift without instructions."

Pros: easy to follow insructions
Cons: no brackets to lift bumpers

"This lift was installed in 5 hours and everything went as planed. The two front body bolts were the hardest to get to but not impossable. The reason i chose a body lift over a suspension lift was i wanted to keep the center of gravity low by only lifting the body and not the frame and drivetrain. No brackets were included to lift the bumpers so i had to do my own modifications."

"put 3 inches on my 79 trailduster, it was very easy to do. the truck is a solid body so we just did one side at a time, didnt even have a jack, just lift and slide in blocks. only problem we ran into was the auto shifting linkage, the kit came with and extinsion but we didnt have a welder, we got it to work with a lil bit of hammering thow. all in all took us about 5-6 hours with 3 people, and thats stoping to take drink and smoke breaks pretty often."

"this product is great, but the installation or instruction needs to be more specific. I think it would be better if they come in a picture illustrated intruction, so the not so good mechanic like me would understand it better and also if the bolts are bag, labeled and separated for each application, its much more easy to lineup for installation. But product quality is great. Its recomendable to others."

"I was suprised at the ease of installation.The hardest step was removing the old bolts.Me and my 2 teenage sons had the kit installed in about 8 hours.Taking our time and paying attention to the installation directions.EASY!!!"

"I have a 92 Toyota pickup 4x4 i put a lift in and it came out great the truck sits on 31x10.5's and im looking at 33's. I dont notice much body roll going around corners the only difference was the steering it made it tighter because i didnt put in the extension that came with the kit. I had to extend both the 5 speed and 4x4 shifter or just cut the cab a little. I did the lift myself and it took me about 7 hours. me and a buddy put it in his 93 4x4 ranger in about 4 hours the only trouble we had with his was that the parking brake line was really tight. Either way both trucks look awesome with the lift and its deffinetly worth it."
