Pros: Great powdercoat finish. Respectable company who has made a name for themselves solely based on their products.
Cons: Lacking variable rate. No information on spring rate.

"Overall I've been really impressed with these lowering springs. I must admit that I was really weary on purchasing "cheap" suspension components. I now know that it only applied to the price. The springs came with a lime-green powder coated finish. Installation was its own beast, not very difficult but tedious. Ride quality of these springs is excellent. They are stiffer than stock but not in a harsh way like coil-overs. Too bad the company does not provide more data on these. The springs lowered my car about 1.5 inches and did not require additional replacement parts (i.e. alignment kits, revalved shocks/struts)."

"I bought these as lowered springs for a 95 buick regal custom coupe. I had the previous springs clamped to remove one whole coil, and these springs lowered the car half an inch lower than that. Even at that point, the mechanic told me they would probably take another 4 weeks to set and that it would drop another inch or so. I am very impressed with the ride quality, and for the price, I couldn't have found a better way to lower the front of my car. My next option would have been an Intrax or an Eibach kit which would only lower the front since my rear doesn't use coils. $80 for the springs plus $150 for labor is one heck of a deal, especially considering that my rear monoleaf replacement is costing me $300 for the spring and $130 for the labor. I would recommend these to anyone who needs to lower the front end of their 95 monte carlo or 95 buick regal."

"I am definately impressed with the springs being of such high quality compared to some of the more expensive brands on the market. They lowered my car so now the rear doesn't sit higher than the front anymore, the whole car is nice and level. I've had a set of these before as well that i installed with stock struts and the ride quality was the same as stock springs. This time around, i opted for some KYB GR2 struts which seem to work perfect with the ST springs as far as ride comfort yet still having a stiffer suspension to reduce body roll."

"Suspension Techniques have been my favorite suspension company for some time. These linear-rate springs provide a firmer ride than stock but aren't at all harsh like many aftermarket springs. My 1990 and 1989 turbo Toyota Supras have the perfect ride height that I like and never really look lowered. The 86.5-88 Supras drop about 1.3", and the 89-92 models drop .8" for those who are wondering. They're an excellent complement to stock struts (including TEMS) as well as aftermarket brands. I have recommended them to all my Supra friends and have installed them on both my cars with great results. I highly recommend ST springs to anyone who wants a little bit of a drop without going too low. If you really want an improvement in handling, check out their swaybars as well."
