"This little pump works great. I installed it on my 2004 Ford F150 5.4 Triton Extended cab to lift a pair of rear air shocks. I have a 2" front and 4" rear lowering kit on the truck for looks and ease of removal of garage doors from the ladder rack. Because it's lowered I have to keep it from bottoming out when hauling tools and doors. So the air shocks and air compressor under the hood are the perfect pair in keeping the truck level in spite of occassional heavy loads. The kit was easy to install. I moved a fuse box forward (front of breather nozzle)just enough to give me room for the compressor on the inside of the left front fender. I took the hard plastic air line that came with the kit and encased it inside a rubber vacuum hose. I think the hose was like 3/8?? Anyway, I split the hose the whole length with a box cutter knife, shot a little WD40 on it and the plasitic air line fit inside great. Then when I tie wrapped it to the wiring loom on the frame and brake lines inside the engine compartment the air line is safe from the weather, rubbing against the tie wraps, or anything else that might cause a worn line and leak. One thing you may want to do. The "tee" fitting that came with my air shocks (not the pump kit)was plastic (junk) I found a metal tee and it works much better. I striped the threads on the plastic tee trying to get the pump fitting/line attached. I have the gauge and switch under the dash and just push the switch for air when rack or bed loaded. When load removed I hit the air release button and the truck is back to normal position. It's great for my situation. I could've spent $250.00 on a pump but opted for this one and it does the job fine. Good luck!"

"I installed the Controller on a '04 Chevy Avalanche. Install went very easy aside from not having the instructions included in the package, however I found them on the Manufacturer's website without a problem. This system was atached to a Air Lift 1000 coil spring air lift system also with no instructions but it worked as advertised and took about 4 hours to do ll installs by myself. Routing the tubing was probably the most time consuming portion but I found any easy way to hide it behind the chassy."
