Pros: Cuts down on wheel hop Cons: can't think of any
"I bought these for my 2004 chevy colorado. They work great. The website does not tell you which set to get for the GMT355 trucks (colorados and canyons) These springs fit even though the website tells you they do not. When I got my set a part was missing, so i called JC Whitney and the customer service was great. They sent me the missing piece right away."

Pros: The performance traction bars help stop damaging wheel hop and help with traction. Cons: None easy to install
"I bought the performance traction springs for my 2004 gmc sierra with a ltr with 360hp and it stopped the wheel hop that I kept getting at the track and kept the the tires from spinning all the way down the track.I ran with them and without and did notice a difference in my time.Well worth the money. You can feel when they stop the springs from wraping cuase the rear end stops going down and all the power is locked to the ground."
