Pros: Perfect size. Perfect fit. Works great so far. For 2001 Suzuki Intruder Volusia (VL800). Good price. Fast shipping. Cons: Only comes in one color? (just kidding)
"I checked with all local battery suppliers from Wal-Mart to Suzuki shop. All had higher prices and much SHORTER warranties. Also checked other online retailers. J.C. Whitney was the winner. Mine arrived as a GTX12-BS 5 13/16 inches long 3 3/8 inches wide (thick) 5 1/8 inches deep (height)
My original battery was also maintenance free type. If this new one lasts as long as it did, I'll be really happy."

"Used in a 1993 Honda Gold Wing Trike. After 2 years of constant usage, battery went dead, I tried to charge battery, but removed from Cycle and opened to find battery contained No acid or water, filled all 6 vials, then charged, after 4 days I had battery acid on my garage floor. I rechecked the battery to find a crack on the battery bottom and acid caked on the battery tray and supporting members. up until this occured Battery was just fine. I would still attempt to try another, as I would think that problem would be addressed by now.. Battery # G1X50L-BS"

"I used this battery to replace the OEM battery on my 1995 Honda VFR750 in 2001. This battery lasted five years and I am purchasing it again as a replacement. I keep this bike's (and all of my bikes') battery on a battery maintainer also purchased from J.C. Whitney."
