"I have a 94 Chev 2500 w/5.7 L 4x4. My friend has a older pair of flowtech headers on his 92 1500 and they were built very well with massive think flanges.

I got mine seeing they had a flange half as thick and I got them installed after... finding one header had 2 bolt holes half filled with bead from the welding job and 1 more that the bolt would not even fit through. It shouldn't be that though to see a problem like this at the factory and clean the holes out after the weld job."
