"I bought this two years ago for my pickup and one of the "stainless" tips the center rotted and rusted away. All of the center is gone and the muffler material is coming out. Pipes are ok but I would not recommend this at all, poor quality in the tips and do not last."
Installed a year ago and still awesome,

Pros: Fit perfectly, sounds great, step on the gas with authority!! Cons: driver side exhaust needs to be FIRMLY atttached, unless you like drooping
"Installed over a YEAR ago. 2004 Dodge Ram 1500....was able to shave a load of weight off. those 2 mufflers had some weight. took maybe an hour to install If you have my truck 2WD extended cab, with a 6ft. bed you won't be putting on all the parts. Any mechanical experience with a friend and its no problem. OMG the sound when you step on that pedal....is just insane."

Pros: fairly easy to install Cons: No nuts for 3" clamps, instructions vague.
"Installed it on my 2007 Dodge Quad Cab 1500. Getting the old stuff off was the worst part. The directions aren't that great, good thing the Heart Trob web site had photos of the complete installation. The sound changes and is kind of weird when the engine's MDS system kicks in. The instructions sugest adding another long glass pack to address that but I haven't tried it yet. It looks and sounds great and took about 3 hours start to finish. For the price you can't go wrong."

Pros: everything you need to install
"Overalll this is a great exhaust. It sounds really good and looks great on my 95 dodge ram 1500. I did have some problems with the fit. Heart Throb was off by about 4" on the bend for the left tail pipe and I had to cut and weld it to make it work."

Pros: Easy install, Good replacement for stock muffler when it needed to be replaced & could upgrade Cons: No clearance for full size spare tire
"This was a good replacement choice when it was time to replace the muffler on my Sonoma, and it was an upgrade too. Looks good with the balck tips coming off the back end. Hopefully will also get the better horsepower and gas mileage advertised. Big disappointment was that it will not work with a full size spare tire. Full size spare too thick and the two pipes coming out the back are just too close together and a full size spare cannot be 'winched' up into the storage place. I do not want to run around with the spare in the back. So I will have to put the full size spare in the gaage and find a 'Tonka Toy' compact spare (which nobody likes) thin enough to fit in the spare tire space. At least for emergencys it will have to do now. Maybe if there was a similar set that allowed the exhaust to be spread wider across the back or to vent out the sides behind the rear tires would have been a great idea."

"Easy installation and good quality. It even goes around my hitch and spare tire. Great sound, although i wish it was a little louder, but i cant complain about the tone. I have found that the exhaust clamps do a very poor job sealing the pipes. All in all, a great part to add to your truck. Price definately right."

"I just purchased this exhaust and put it on my 2000 Ford F-150. It wasn't all that hard to put on. It took about 2 to 3 hours and it looks good and sounds great. It has a deep tone whether your sitting at a stand still and sounds good when you take off. It was worth the money."

"I purchased this exhaust sytem for my 04 F 150. All in all it was an easy installation. It took me about three hours from start to finish with only a few slight modifications. The only big problem I ran in to was that there were not enough hangers to secure the pipes. I had to purchase two additional hangers. The system looks and sounds great and the price is right. A few of my co-workers have comented about my new exhaust and have said they too are thinking of installing the same system on their vehicle."

"I put this on my 1994 Chev 1/2 ton 4.3L ext. cab truck. I was happy with the installation with only minor cutting( was for a long box). the tips where the appearance part I didn't like. the Y-pipe leaks a little so I will have to weld it between the two pipes. otherwise it is a good kit. Oh, the kit isn't ment for a hitch but will work."

"Great sounding system. I have one on my 04 Dodge Ram w/Hemi. Installation wasn't easy and the pipes leading to the stainless tips have rusted through before two full years of use which was surprising. The exhause tips are still in very good shape."

"We Purchased the Heartthrob Deep-Tone dual outlet cat back exhaust for our 96' 5.0L Bronco. Price was the attraction at just under $300 (including shipping). Installation was pretty straight forward but the fit of the parts to the vehicle wasn't as advertised. "Custom" in this case does not mean made for the vehicle. It was clear the parts were sized for the 96' F150 truck which share the same chassis and frame as the Bronco only with a longer wheel base. We needed to chop the "y"pipe and both tail pipes a total or more than a foot for it to line up with the rear axel and rear bumper. This caused us to do a little customization before it all came together. You need to have your act together mechanically and have a decent set of tools to get through in a reasonable amount of time. Full 6 hours to remove the old and install the new. However, the system looks good and sounds great."
