Not happy with product, September 27, 2009
By Anonymous

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Poor material. Does not cover back of seat.

"I would not recommend this oroduct to anyone. It does not fit the seats. Has excess material on the corners. Very poor material on the back of the seat. I don't think the straps will stay attached to the seat backing very long."

Saddle Blanket Seat Covers, January 11, 2007
By moranfr from New Jersey

"These seat covers were for a 1993 Ford Ranger pick-up truck. Installation was fairly easy, but two people working at is better than one. The seat covers fit pretty well and they are stylish enough. I do have a reservation as to whether or not the straps will stay tight in the buckles or will need to be adjusted over time. Also I question how long the seat covers will last because the back and underneath fabric seems to be the type that will dry out and rot over time. The seat covers were definitely better than anything found in local auto stores. For a 14-year-old pick-up truck, the price was a bit steep, but the seat covers were desperately needed."

Does not cover the seat-back, August 3, 2006

"I wanted to use these on our 1986 Ford F-350 Crew-cab. This type of cab has four doors with a full front and back seat, and I needed covers for both. It wasn't until I received the covers that I realized they do NOT cover the back of the seat; rather, a bundle of nylon cord is provided and you have cut and tie cords across the back of each seat to keep the cover in place. I couldn't easily tell this from the ordering page, so be warned.

Not protecting the seat-backs from sun-damage was unacceptable for my needs. Even worse was the ugliness in having a bunch of exposed nylon cords strung across the seat-backs for all to see.

Otherwise, the quality of the material seems good and quite durable. If you only have a single-seat cab and don't care to protect the seat-back, and/or you don't care about a bunch of nylon ropes in plain view holding the cover on, this might be a good choice for you. Otherwise you should avoid this product.
