My New Rapture seat on my 1993 Shadow VT1100

Pros: Quality is very high, the stitching on it is sooo cool looking. It is very comfortable.
Cons: When we I first got it the mounting bracket was not right. A call to Saddleman fixed all that.

"When I first got the seat, the mounting bracket did not fit properly. We called Saddleman and they sent us out a new bracket with some spacers, screws and rivets. Reattaching the bracket with the spacers was all we needed. It fit like a glove after fixing that.
The seat made a world of difference and gives my 1993 Honda Shadow VT1100C a great custom look (as well as being very comfortable for me), especially since I have 2 inch T-BARS,custom mirriors and a bunch of other things customized on the BIKE. It is definitely not Original anymore."

Pros: Looks good, and feels better then the stock seat.
Cons: Underside of seat, the material is covering all rubber spacers for the frame and fender.

"I like the looks, but more info on which models the seat will fit! would be nice. I have a VTX1800F, this seat looks like it will only work on the VTX1800C, even though the web page did not list; Not for F-Models.
I got my seat on 7/26/08 and returning it
07/28/08:( One more note, for all VTX owners, their are no side allen bolt to secure the seat, only a front tab and aft allen bolt. Could be a F-Model thing?"

"The seat is everything it was advertised. Excellent quality and construction. Very low and comfortable for my sport cruiser. Kept me safely planted on the bike under some serious acceleration. I had the Corbin and did not like it. I made a good choice. Would highly recommend."
