Pros: Easy to install, Good Price.
Cons: Has a flap that hangs down.

"I had been looking for one of these for a couple of months and was very pleased to see that I could order the "Gray Bar and Shield" on here for a really good price and not have to go through Ebay. I'm not sure if it is the size of my tire that it's covering or the cover itself, but at the bottom even after I've made it as tight as possible...there is still this piece of material that flaps out. I'm just going to get a safety pin and solve the problem. Other than that, it is a Great cover for a Great price!"
