Pros: Sure beats rocks embedded in your back
Cons: A little wider please
"I am 56 years old and with all my auto mechanics my knees can`t take much more. This mat has cushion enough to pad my knees and it is a much better than a piece of cardboard to lay on.Also I think the foam holds heat so your back doesn`t freeze in nasty Michigan weather!"
