Pros: The one on the driver's side works great Cons: The one on the passenger side I can't get to straighten out even though it is on the door straight. there is not enough
"I have tried to cut the shaft to get my adjustment I have tried everything that I know. Now I am going to have to get a replacement for it.But I will be ordering it from in town"
