Pros: Ease of use, work very well.
Cons: Washers

"These mirrors serve my purpose very well, they stay tight and look great. the only problem I had is the split washers that come with them. I would suggest doing away with them and use a standard washer.
I have to put the mirrors inside the hinge hole which is okay but,
the split washer when tightened created burrs on the hinge making the doors difficult to put back on. I ended up pulling the bushing out of the top hinge, which I have to now replace.
