Cons: These Mirrors will not fit a 2006 Chev Avalanche

"These mirrors will not adapt to a Chevrolet 2006 Avalanche. I trusted your application compatibility list. It was a waste of my time to order them."

Pros: Did not find any as mirrors did not fit at all
Cons: Ordered by entering my vehicle and year. There is NO WAY these mirrors fit my 2008 Explorer - not even close.

Pros: They would probably work fine on the right mirror
Cons: They don't fit my truck

"I found that the mirrors don't fit over my Ford F-150 mirrors. My stock mirrors are too big.
I tried modifing to make them fit but, a lot of work and they don't seem secure enough once I made it where they would fit.
I have the large power mirrors with the direction signal light on the mirror. Comes with the lariat package."

Pros: Easy to install on a 2005 Nissan Pathfinder. Does what it says. It works for pulling my Shasta Trailer.
Cons: Bounces a bit on bumpy roads and at highway speeds.

"I bought one of these to see how it would work before investing in two of them. It was easy to install on the Pathfinder and gave me a bunch more area behind the trailer to see. Bought a second one when I was happy with the results. For the price, this isn't a bad buy. Does what it says it will do. Doesn't take a genius to install."

Pros: Seemed Sturdy Enough
Cons: Don't work well on non-squared mirror housing

"This mirror may work well with larger mirror housing on American trucks. I have a Honda Ridgeline, and it has a different shape mirror housing. One strap went on fine, but the other one was slipping off. Plus, the open plier-style mount was challenging. As, the opening was too narrow for taller mirror. Again, this would work well if your truck mirror is wider. Thus, give you more room to use both straps securely."

Pros: Price, function, ease of installation
Cons: Not quite a perfect fit but very good at providing additional coverage while towing my 25' trailer.

"Would definitely buy these mirrors if custom fit ones are not available. I have a Nissan Titan and no mirrors are available that are molded to specifically fit my truck. I had to back my trailer over 1/4 mile (due to my malfunctioning GPS) on our first trip and it would not have been possible without them."

Pros: Easy to install, gets the job done, price
Cons: Vibration, had to modify one mount point

"Used on a 2007 Nissan Xterra
The mirrors were easy to install, though I did have to shorten one of the pieces that clips around the mirror since it was pushing the mirror out of position. No big deal since it was an easy fix.
While driving the mirrors do vibrate quite a bit. At highway speeds I'd be hard pressed to tell you what was behind me, but then I just need to know that there's something back there.
If I was going to use them more frequently than a few times a year I might try and find something more stable, but for my purposes I'll live with a bit of vibration at this price."

"This is a great mirror extendor for any kind of car or truck! And for being $37 cheaper then better looking ones, it's a bargain! I use it on my Silverado, and all though it's a little tite, it works great!"
