Poor Mirror Description, December 4, 2008

Pros: Larger than OEM mirror
Cons: The attaching clip is solid and very difficult to install.

"This mirror on the site is said to be a day/night mirror. This is false. It is the standard mirror offered in the Beetle. The original has a rubber clad base. This mirror does not. It is cast iron and very difficult to install in comparison to the OEM product. I rated it a 3 only because of its strength and size. However, a hammer and block of wood to install is recommended. Good luck with this one."
