"Product was to ship on September 13 and did. Delivery was in 7 to 10 working days. Product arrived on September 14. All promised materials expertly packaged and shipped as ordered and as promised. The installation is a bit more entailed than first expected, but that is because of me and not J.C. Whitney. Extremely pleased at this point!"
