Pros: Great reception, great looking! Cons: Keeps unscrewing itself in transit.
"This antenna is really nice. I bought the 21" black powdered one. It looks really sharp and it has better reception than my stock antenna. The problem is that it keeps unscrewing in transit. I will be driving and then suddenly notice my antenna wobbling like crazy! A few times I thought it was going to fly right off! I end up having to manually tighten it just about on every trip. That is getting old. I don't want to take pliers or a wrench to it and ruin the paint on it."

"was having a problem with my factory antenna on a new 2008 f150 hitting my carport,,it was just to tall,,,i saw this and figured might as well order it and try it,,,,works perfect,,no reception loss at all,,,and now my truck looks good with it and it fits in the carport without hitting,,,it is worth ordering,,,glad i got it,,,jc whitney has some great products,,,have ordered items in the past and will order again,,"

"I purchased the 21" polished antenna, and it looks great on my truck. My only complaint with it is that my reception actually is a little worse now than the stock antenna gave me. Oh well, I'll suffer a little for the extra chrome look. :)"

"Per Talisman's review on this product, I avoided the polished laser flame antenna and opted for the 21" Black Powder antenna. As the longest antenna offered, I figured this would pull in the best reception, and I was not disappointed. From the central coast area of California, I have pulled-in AM stations from LA and Eugene, Oregon. From what I can tell, FM reception is good too. The antenna also had an impressive heft to it in terms of weight. Overall, an affordable product to boost radio reception and/or accessorize your vehicle. Antenna was easily installed on a 1998 Toyota Sienna with one of the included adapters."
