Pros: The product looks sturdy, the higher lift ability was excellent Cons: the hardware for the keys locks we struggled with it locking. propose a locking mechanism similar to garage doors

Pros: excellent toneau for the price Cons: toneau cover builder needs to reinforce cover at front hinge area to stop warpage caused by summer heat.
"My tonneau cover was installed on a 92 Chevy Silverado extended cab pick-up. I love it! Toneau fit and finish is excellent, and arrived in less than 5 days. For the price and ease of preparing for painting was excellent. I've only experienced two slight problems; manufacturer needs to reinforce front of cover to correct slight warpage of cover caused by summer heat between hinge area and improve locks."

Pros: Easy to open and close, locks and looks very nice! Cons: Water still gets in.
"I have a 2007 Ford super crew and was looking for a hard cover, not one of those soft cheesy ones. I love the sleek look, didn't realize I would have to get it painted but I did for $325.00 and they installed it for another $50.00. The top looks great on the truck, fits well, opens and closes easy but it does not keep all water out. Seems to fit tight at the tailgate but not as tight at rear window. This is where water seems to get in. Over all I am very happy with the cover so far! Cost of cover very reasonable, shipping high of course."

"i have a 1990 chevy c1500 regular cab short bed. i ordered the bed cover about a year ago for my truck. i receieved ahead of the scheduled time and it came in great condition. My cover was actually more of black primer color then a gray one but no worries. my truck is white with black detailing so the black primer actually didnt need to be painted because it was a nice contrast. I ran into three problems with this cover though. the first one is where the cover mounts to the truck bed, part of the metal is starting to break from wear and tear. it hasnt effected the piece structurely but it was a bit of an annoyance. I also had trouble with the locks where it is difficult to get the key into the slot so instead of dealing with the difficulty i just avoiding locking it unless necessarily. The last problem i had was that the cover does not completely keep out water. This has been a real annoyance because i was expecting my truck bed to remain dry during even the worst times but somehow the water finds its way in...other then that i found it to be a great piece that looks fabulous and helps save on gas"

"I bought this cover for my '90 short bed fullsize chevy pickup. The item was boxed well and did not have even the slightest ding or scratch on it. The overall fit and finish were beyond what I had expected, I was originally going to get a Gaylord brand x-2000 cover but decided it was too much money. This cover comes carpeted underneath which is great and they don't mention it in the ad. The install is very simple and the included pneumatics are of high quality. The gel coat and primer on the cover will need absolutely the bare minimum for prep work before painting which is a big plus. This cover is truly a great deal...be prepared to be a little frustrated with the locking mechanisms, they are a little hard to get the key into but eventually become easier as they wear, as with any new lock. If your looking for a fairly low profile cover and not one those ugly 6" thick covers this is the way to go. One other plus is how high the cover opens, it opens much higher than other brands that I have checked out which makes it very convenient for putting stuff in your bed and taking it out."
