Outstanding value, great purchase, February 26, 2009

Pros: So warm and soft, wamed immediately to a comfortable heat.I bought one for my sons birthday and one for my truck
Cons: Only regret is I didn't buy them before, I think they are well worth it and a nice gift to any age.

"Wonderful. Bought two as gifts; both recipients have thanked me multiple times. Wisconsin winters have been brutal recently. This blanket is great for sitting in the car while watching the kids sledding or snow boarding. I don't need to run the engine to keep warm."

"I purchased one of these blankets for myself and loved it so much I bought one for each of my kids, my parents and all my employees. They warm up quickly, have an automatic shutoff (30 and 45 minute timer ... and also a shutoff if the blanket gets too hot). This winter has been brutally cold in Wisconsin, making the blanket even more indispensible! I highly recommend them to anyone living in cold climates!"

"This is the best little electric blanket for your car or RV or anywhere you can plug it in. I have bought 7 of them, one
for myself & the rest for my friends & everyone loves them.
I gave one to my girlfriend (who saw mine & had to have one) & her son uses it as I see in another review.
Kids love it. It is thick and soft & even though it doesn't feel "hot" to the touch, it keeps you plenty warm. I highly recommend this wonderful invention."

"I really like this product. For the price you cannot find a better deal. Overall, I am happy with it and have used it alot. I doesn't get as hot as I thought it would, but I do like the fact that you can set it for 30 or 45 min.
The only complaint is that it comes in a cheap, clear plastic pouch that zips closed. Once you remove the blanket from the packaging, trying to get it back in is impossible. It needs a velcro strap or drawstring bag so you can quickly fold the blanket, put it in the storage container and store away until next time."

"The Comfy Cruise 12V Electric Blanket is an item you won't regret purchasing. A double-thickness fleece blanket that is very warm on its own, it just gets so much better when you use the heating element. A 2-position automatic timer (30/45 min) keeps you from getting too warm AND your battery from being drained, and an extra long power cord allows you to use the blanket in your vehicle's rear seat. At 3-1/2 ft wide and just short of 5 ft long, it is generously sized and could be used by two people at once, as long as they are not in bucket-type seats. Additionally, the zippered plastic bag that the blanket is shipped in makes a nifty "storage bag" that keeps the Comfy Cruise neatly folded and clean, wherever you may keep it stored. I originally purchased the blanket as an "emergency item" to keep in my 2004 Honda Element, but after my wife used it last night, it somehow made its way into her car. I guess that I'll soon be purchasing another for my car and maybe one for our RV, as well. The Comfy Cruise 12V Electric Blanket is well worth the price and I highly recommend it."

"I bought two of these blankets for my wife for christmas and she loves them. I bought one of them for each car, so we wouldn't have to switch "the blanket" everytime we switched cars. It's always cold at night when we come home from visiting.anyone. I think I use the one in my car more then she does now. Every morning when I go to work, the first thing I do is plug in my blanket. Even my mom has tried it. She's asked for the link 4 times now so she can buy her own. (I just sent it to her). I hope this feedback helps someone. It is a great product. However it is perfect for the car or truck."

"This blanket is VERY comfy and warm, even without the electric elements! It is large enough for two adults. (If side by side, but not if in bucket seats.) It is constructed of a very soft comfortable material. I purchased one for use in my '92 Jeep Cherokee, for emergency purposes, but use it while the engine warms up, too. I am considering another, in case I have more than 2 passengers.
An excellent product!"

"I bought this blanket in case my vehicle broke down or went into the ditch while my child was with me. The cord is long enough that I can plug it into my cigarette lighter and still reach the back seat of my Explorer, to keep myself and child warm. The blanket is big enough for two people but not overwhelming just for one. It's made from an incredibly soft fleece material (not like some stores' scratchy wool-like material!!) and the timer has either the 30 or 45 minute timer setting that is also a great safety feature. So far, it's proven to be great on long trips and it keeps us warm while we wait for the vehicle to heat up. Perfect gift for those who have everything!! I've purchased a few for holiday gifts already."
