"This product is excellent, and functions as advertised. There are no connection problems at all. The previous customer who reviewed this product most likely was trying to connect the hose to the high pressure side instead of the low pressure side. Or their vehicle did not use R134A and had an R12 connector. Always be sure of the proper refrigerant for your vehicle, and always add using the "low" pressure connector. Refer to owner's manual or qualified person if unsure."
