Strong, but short, May 3, 2009

Pros: These irons are strong
Cons: They are too short to get the necessary leverage

"I bought 2 of these to remove the 30 year old rubber off my motorcycle. I discovered: a) old tires are hard b) these tire irons won't give you enough leverage to budge 30 yr old tires c) they are strong enough to use a 5 foot long cheater bar to pry the tire off the wheel d) you need a wheel protector e) I did not bend my wheel f) need 3 tire irons, 2 is not enough"
