"Put these on my Ram 1500 quad cab over a year ago, still looks great. Went on easy, but just didn't like strap part of mounting, so took angle iron and made bracket going to frame rail, extremely solid now."

"Read the reviews and ordered this product. As usual with JC Whitney, the order was promptly processed and arrived exactly as promised.
Upon receipt of the product, I was impressed by the “heavy duty” materials, but remained skeptical on the ease of product installation.
Just completed the installation and was amazed that it took less than 45 minutes. Looks great!
I’m very happy with this product and JC Whitney (40+ years as a customer)."

"These use your existing body bolts to connect to the vehicle. It took me about an hour to install. The hardest part was getting the bolts out of the body bushings. The look great and now I am not afraid of getting my rocker panels all dented up."

"2006 DODGE RAM 1500 QUAD CAB" "PERFECT FIT, WENT ON EASILY AND IN ABOUT 40 MINUTES I WOULD SAY IF YOUR NOT MECHANICALLY INCLINED THEY COULD BE A CHALLENGE. "Upon viewing my rusty bolts and existing stepbars, i feared troubles and got help. My fears were unfounded as my brother and i had the switch done in less than 2 hours including gathering tools and courage. VT had done a number on the old step bars. Your product went very well after we got the old off. It will be nice to have them for the kids to climb up into the truck safely."

"The step looks very good. I drive a Chevy Silverado 2002. I bought this set to replace and older set that I bough when the truck was new. I got 4 years out of the old set. It looks like this set will do me just fine. It's a great buy. I t was easy to install. I would recomment it to any of my friends."
