"The product is new and works great, but the software is out dated. went on line to up date the software that info was old (only went to 2003. Emailed the company and the rep was great answered my questions as to why the info was out dated, he didnt know but was sending me a new disk with the updated infomation, its only been 3 days and have not gotten the new disk as of yet."
