Beautiful Floor, May 4, 2009

Pros: one person application, price, hard as rock when dry
Cons: It took longer to dry than they said...humidity. Don't use a ladder for a week!

"Used this on a commercial application - surprise - bathrooms at a church. Nothing but great reviews, tough enough to stand up to all the kids dish out, looks great. I installed it by myself over a couple of days (cleaned & etched, then returned to roll epoxy and flake it, then let dry, then used the sealant). AWESOME!"

Good Stuff, there is a but though, January 17, 2008

Pros: Looks good shiny and relatively inexpensive
Cons: need 3 coats

"For me, one coat looked terrible but sealed the concrete. The second coat look much better but there was dull spots in the epoxy (Looked like I missed rolling it, but I know I did not). Third coat looks great! but thats 3 times the cost i intially thought it would be. But I'm very satisfied with the outcome. floor size was about 440 ft squared (2-car garage)."
