Pros: Small enough to fit in glove box...easy to use Cons: Cord is not directly attached to unit, easy to lose
"I have a 1963 Buick Electra 225 with the optional Wildcat engine. I had just received the product in the mail, and discovered my battery was dead. The battery charger had a charge and was ready to use. Sure enough, the product worked, and it worked exactly as it was supposed to be used. The battery was charged after 5 minutes...and was extremely easy to use. The directions are not difficult to follow. To recharge the unit itself was simple. I recommend this to anyone."

"My husband's battery sometimes dies if he forgets to unplug his radar detector. He carries jumper cables with him, but last time the battery died he was home by himself and had to wait all day to get his battery jumped. I got this so he can charge the battery no matter where he is or whether someone else is around. It is super compact so he can keep it in the glover compartment or trunk without taking up too much space. I have never had a dead battery but may get one myself since it is so easy to use from inside the car; a good feature if I ever got stranded with my daughter in the car."
