Pros: Convenient, effective, and unobtrusive. Cons: Doesn't fold properly when cold, like after the sun goes down. Instead of folding on the creases, it buckles & tangles.
"Installation was pretty easy. Be sure to clean the glass and leave the shade off for 24 hours. Brackets have stayed put for about a year now. Shade is handy, because it's always there and easy to deploy. If you park where you will be returning after dark, it may be necessary to completely remove the shade due to folding difficulties cited in "cons" above. It folds pretty reliably when in direct sunlight. I'd recommend "the original shade""

"Couldn't wait to receive this - installed according to instructions given - and it works great! In the Las Vegas heat needed something easy to use that would block the HOT Nevada sun and this product does that. You MUST be patient. Install the brackets and let set up for the 24-hours first then attach the screen or they may not stick as tightly. I'm having no problem with them at all. It's easy to use - don't let go of it so it "springs" back and it will simply retract perfectly. It's great and everyone in my house now wants one...Thanks JCW."

Pros: Filters the sun/less hassel than regular aluminum shades Cons: Attaching hardware and spring
"Hardware stopped attaching to window causing shade to retract violently which lead to the spring breaking. Now shade does not retract"

Pros: Easy to install by yourself, very easy to use Cons: none
"I put them on my 2007 Saturn Aura and I loved them. They were very easy to install myself. I did not have to keep laying shades in the back seat or where ever any more. Just open them when I went somewhere and they are not in the way while driving. I love them so much, when I traded my car for a 2008 Aura, I removed them to put in the new car."
