"The product is awesome. Has plenty of power to lift my 31 foot Keystone Zeppelin. Makes hooking up the weight dist hitch a breeze by lifting the weight off the rear of my Tacoma pickup. The light is more than bright enough for night hookups. Very happy I purchased it after much research regarding others. Price very good at JCW."

Pros: Every thing works just as they say. Easy to install and hook up it has plenty of power to lift my 30' Jayco. Cons: A little noisy but when its 98° out who cares.
"I had trouble hooking it up. The bottom hole on the old jack hole threw the tongue was .025 smaller then the top hole. The new jack would not fit. Had to grind the hole out before I got it to fit. Other then that instalation was smooth. I hooked it up to my 30' jayco trailer it has plenty of power to lift the trailer."

Pros: No more cranking by hand Cons: Kinda noisy
"One of the simpler things I've installed on my camper. Very, very simple. Entire job only took 20 minutes from opening box, to removing old jack, to installing the new one. Directions were very simple and straight forward. 3 bolts off old jack...same 3 bolts back on new jack...positive wire on battery...you're done (grounding is completed thru jack bolting onto frame). I was a concerened the 18" of travel wouldn't be enough to clear the ball of my full size tundra..absolutely no problem there, it lifted tongue off completely, and still had more to spare. It is a noisy little sucker, but no matter what it sure beats hand cranking. Unit does come with emergency crank in case power fails. Power head can be turned side to side to accomodate for Propane tanks or other obstructions. Built in level on top is a great idea too."

"Unit is a little taller than the hand crank it replaced but it's not a problem. Installation took about 15 minutes on our Sunline QUE. VERY pleased with the purchase thus far."

Pros: This item is very easy to install. It took about 20 min. No problems at all. Cons: The only thing I can say bad is it is a little noisy, but that may be normal, this is the first power jack I have owed.
"I installed this VIP 3000 jack on my 2004 27' Keystone camper. Installation took 20 min. worked perfect from the first time. Sure beats cranking by hand. Wish I had purchased one long ago. I also really like the light on the top of jack, very handy connecting at night. I would highly recommend this product."
