Pros: Easy to install and easy to adjust.
"We added these to the Pro-Rac rails to tie down a pair of kayaks on our pop-up. They work very well and are easily adjusted. The cast rings seem to be solid and well made. Nylon washers let you tighten them securely without damaging the finish on the rails."
