Pros: Fit nicely, matched existing mirror, easy to install Cons: none
"Very nice product, I installed it myself in about 30 minutes. Wire plugged in to the existing wiring system and mirror immediately worked. Mounting was easy. Strong recommend."

Pros: Perfect replacement Cons: The only problem is not with the mirror, but wish there had been installation instructions.
"I had to pay someone else to remove and replace the mirror. Wish there had been installation instructions."

Pros: Price - Ease of Installation Cons: None really
"Purchased as a replacement for my girlfriends '02 Saturn. A "Skeptic" because the local dealer's retail price was $190.00 -vs.- JCW's $52.00. Upon reciept & inspection the only difference I could determine was the replacement was lighter than the OEM. The electical connection & bolt pattern were identical and fit well. The complete removal & replacement took less than 5 minutes, with a savings of $140.00 !!!"

"My daughter-in-law was driving her "97" Cavalier and got to close to a sign on the drivers side. I knew I could find an exact replacement through J. C. Whitney as I had ordered one for a differant vehicle previously. The replacement fit perfectly right down to the wiring connection for the power remote. Thank you."

Pros: Goes on without a hitch Cons: none
"My boys and I were out with our 93 Cherokee Sport 4 wheelin, went through a tight trail and broke the original mirror off. This model fit perfectly. It is a little different than the original, it is a break away mirror, and is a little longer, but it fits great! Thanks JC Whitney!"

Pros: Perfect Fit Cons: None
"After my son wrecked the mirror on my 96 Eagle Talon ESI I was worried about finding a replacement passenger outside mirror and paying a fortune for it. Being that it was motorized, I figured I would be totally out of luck.
Thanks to JCWhitney and Kool-Vue, I was able to replace the mirror in about 10 minutes!! It was a perfect fit, with no drilling of holes or any necessary modifications. The mirror was even motorized and looks exactly like the original.
I had to call customer service because from the website description I wasn't sure which mirror I needed to order. The description could have been better such as "driver side" or "passenger side". I must say, customer support was top notch!! They were very professional and very nice!!
The only other concern was that they said it would ship from the factory and could take up to 3 weeks (I think if they needed to "make" my particular model). The good news is I got it in 3 days!!
Overall, I'm really satisfied with the purchase and have recommended JCWhitney to others and will purchase from them in the future!!"

Pros: Easy to install Cons: Minor design flaw
"I bought a pair to replace stock towing-style mirrors on my 06 Chevy Silverado. Were easy to install. Had to remove inside door panel, remove old mirror, then install this. Took about 10 minutes for one door. It helped that I'm already familiar in removing the door panel.
The heat works. But I did lose the turn signal lights that my stock mirrors had. No biggie--I'm glad I replaced those bulky mirrors since I don't have a frequent need to tow anything.
Only con is a design flaw. The glass is not recessed enough into the housing. So depending on how it's adjusted, the inside edge (closest to the truck) may stick out a bit. So that would prevent the housing from folding flat against the side of the truck."
