"I have had one of these in my tool box for over 30 years and then it came up missing. I never found it and order another one. Hopefully I'll be using this for another 30. It is one of the handiest tools I have ever used to extract the spark plugs our of the block (after the plugs have been wrenched lose), especially in those hard to reach areas. Several time I used my plug socket (with the rubber interior to hold the plug) and it did a great job until one day I didn't realize that the rubber interior had dry rotted. The broken rubber fell into the top of the head. The cost of a simple plug change turned into a tow bill and a $300 mechanic bill. I went back to my plug extractor. One of those tool that you don't use very often, but when ya need it, it is very handy."
